@rysiek there is absolutely zero reason to store insecure, unencrypted, information in a bucket, s3 or otherwise.
Corporations/Institutions need to start being held accountable when PII is leaked due to shoddy and insufficient security practices are being implemented
If they can't secure their data infrastructure, then they shouldn't be asking for such sensitive information.

This is from an email from PeacockTV (included with my internet). I filled out the form to prevent them using/selling my information. I received this as confirmation.
Uhhh so I just unsubscribed from Dr. Bullshit from Medicare. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t subscribed to anything else so I clicked “update subscriber preferences”.
Then it asked me to enter my email address and do the CAPTCHA. Ok, well that resubscribed me to Dr Oz but it also allowed me to see that I am in NH on another screen.
It didn’t send me an email to click to verify that this was really me, it makes it seem like anyone could enter my email address into subscriber preferences on this website and have access to whatever I have subscribed to and my registered location.
THIS IS A PROBLEM.

When this happens its a no on both counts. I'll find the content elsewhere thanks!!
No problem. I contacted them at support@protonme.zendesk.com, and they answered very quickly(a couple of hours):
"Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please note that we typically add the open-source code repository a few weeks after releasing a product, so it should be available soon.
You can keep an eye on it here: https://proton.me/community/open-source
Thank you for your patience.
If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to let us know.
Kind regards,

Finally, please spread the word about the Massachusetts Data Privacy Act (S.2516).

Even if your Massachusetts legislator isn't on the Ways and Means committee, it's still valuable to reach out.
Let them know that it's important to you that S.2516 pass, and ask them to put pressure on State House leadership to make sure that the the Massachusetts Data Privacy Act passes.
#Massachusetts action item:
Contact Joint Ways and Means Committee members, and ask them to support S.2516, the Massachusetts Data Privacy Act:
