My yesterdays trail running training session brought a surprise pb for the fastest mile at the first anaerobic threshold interval.

I know: No white bread for breakfast before running. Unfortunately no other (bread) options were available this morning. Resulted in feeling hungry after 7km.

I think I am sticking at doing my interval sessions on my office day in Zurich. Lots of dogs along the Limmat but all of them are absolutely uninterested in runners. That's nice.
This session went smoother than last week, despite of lots of rain.

It was hard to go for a run this afternoon after sitting on the Couch and watching the Lauberhorn race.
I was a little bit stiff and had to walk for more than 200m in the forest due to a dog walker who didn't have his free running hunting dogs under control.

Finally I stopped slacking and started to run more again. 10km on Friday. Today 19.5km.
Had a little crisis at km 12 and doubted myself to be able to run the remaining 7km back home. But with some positive thinking and just going on my self doubts disappeared shortly after and I was able to enjoy the last 6km.
