Dis, le Fédivers, tu saurais m'expliquer s'il y a des règles qui encadrent l'expression des listes candidates dans une élection de #CSE ?

Je vois passer des trucs qui me semblent hallucinants mais je ne sais pas sur quoi m'appuyer pour faire des rappels à l'ordre.

@cffiegel @Cinquante_et_1 Je suis formateur et expert pour les #CSE, si tu as des questions sur comment exercer plus facilement ton mandat. (Là, par exemple, j’entends la complainte habituelle des élus dont les managers n’ont pas diminué la charge de travail pour leur permettre d’exercer leur mandat sereinement. Ce qui constitue potentiellement un délit d’entrave, en passant.)

Question #cse on commence a échanger sur le @duerp je me pose la question de comment y intégrer les risques numérique.
Il y a déjà une petite partie piratage cyber, sûrement a améliorer.
Peut on et commun intégrer qu on a des données personnelles, qu'on peut être en photos sur les rs, qu on utilise des outils lié aux gafam...

@CeliaCha Bonjour. Reprenons depuis le début. L'organisation d'élections #CSE est bien une obligation de l'employeur, mais dont l'abstention n'est pas sanctionnée, sauf... Si un salarié en a fait la demande. Un salarié a-t-il demandé la tenue d'élections CSE une fois le seuil des 11 salarié-e-s atteint ?
