noim<p>I might replace my <a href="https://noc.social/tags/homelab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>homelab</span></a> with a Mac Mini. Currently, I limit my home server to save power, but it has become noticeably slow. Additionally, my platform is quite unstable. While <a href="https://noc.social/tags/MacOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MacOS</span></a> might not be the ideal OS for server use, it would suit my needs. For <a href="https://noc.social/tags/docker" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>docker</span></a> containers, I can use <a href="https://noc.social/tags/orbstack" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>orbstack</span></a>, and Plex can run natively. I’d lose the ability to unionize my fs (like how Unraid combines disks), but I’m okay with that. On the plus side, I could finally use the native Backblaze client for backups.</p>
