After a long battle, we were able to gain access to the source code of CAF's rating algorithm. Little by little, light is being shed on this dystopian system of mass surveillance.
This algorithm draws on all the data the CAF has on its beneficiaries, and assigns a "suspicion score" to each one, indicating the degree of trust the CAF has in them.
Low income, being on minimum social benefits or even being disabled while working: these are just some of the variables that lower the score. The CAF must answer for its unfair practices!
