I know. I have chosen to take back the flag. I have a red coat with a Canadian flag on it. I wear it when I wear my mask. And when people approach me to cheer as if they think I’m supporting the extreme right, I explain how I do not support that ignorance but that it’s my flag.
They always walk away seriously confused.
I recommend everyone take back the flag. The more of us that do, the less it has value for them. #canada
