#Wordweavers Day 6: SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
Captain Trace: "Capable of? Certainly. Would I *want* to? Only if it's strictly necessary. I would much rather gain a potential ally than lose one."

4/6. SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
Most of the SCs are not blood-thirsty monsters. Some of them are. A few teeter on the fence.
For example, Mueller the mercenary certainly is capable of killing and looking at killing both Amy and Diane. Diane sees this all too clearly. Things don’t go well for him.
#WordWeavers Apr 6. SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
"Well, I haven't actually been in a real fight yet, so you know, I'm part of the strategy! I hang back and make sure the target doesn't get away. So yeah, I don't know! I don't know."
#WordWeavers Day 6: SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
Aisha Morgan: That's wild that you would even ask that. Why *did* you ask that? Do you think someone needs to die?
Lex Bainbridge: I *think* so? I mean, the situation would have to be really serious, like if there was no other way...
Carmen Lockhart: No. (If prompted on whether she has anything to add, she repeats, "No. It was a simple question.")

SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
Dr Jenish: Capable is not the word I would choose. Professionally, I am bound to try not to, and I have been "capable" of that much, so far.
#WordWeavers #Writing 6 SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
—Ever been in such a bad mood that makes you say "I want to kill somebody"? Well, when that happens to me, and that happens all the time, I *DO* kill people, and I can do it with extreme violence. Best part is that I get very well paid for it, and there will be less drugs in the streets after. Everyone wins. So, in summary, yes. I'm more than capable of killing a person. The more the better, in fact…

...I do not wish to talk about this anymore.
#WordWeavers Apr 6. SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?

#WordWeavers Apr 6. SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
Laxmi: No? Bloody hell, why are you asking that?
Hoa: I'm invoking my right to legal counsel.
Laxmi: Have you killed someone???
Hoa: No, but I've been arrested at enough protests to know that question is trouble.
Konrad: I'm not answering, either.
Laxmi: ...

Of course I'm capable of killin'! Even better if the bastard has a price on their 'ead! By Mynyll's balls, why do ya think I get a wyvern 'ead as my clan crest? Because it's bloody cute?!
(This is one of the SCs in the sisters' stories, a dwarf they work with at the beginning of the story, and he's lovely!
#WordWeavers 6, SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?

#PennedPossibilities 636 — Are your characters superstitious?
#WordWeavers 4/6. SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
(These two complement each other nicely, at least for me.)
Superstitious: Nope, none of them. At the same time most of them could never consider, let alone answer, the second question honestly.
Much as I adore my cast, the lack of superstition has the same explanation as that dishonesty, and that is that they comply* with expectations.
*or think they do
#WordWeavers 4/6. SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
Clemens: Capable? Yes - I can and have when absolutely necessary. I try to avoid it if at all possible, though.

Rosie, groom and MC's friend says, "I've served the required time in the army and killed Elfen in battle. If you want to call Elfen people... i've never killed Firas (human-like) yet but if the queen commanded it, I would, and I could. And in self-defense. And I don't know what I'd do if someone would deliberately hurt the horses. It wouldn't be a pretty sight once I'm done with them."
#WordWeavers 04/06—SC POV: Are you capable of killing a person?
Dasha: "Can, have, and will. It gets easier with practice, but I try not to rely on my claws or jaws. Don't want to incriminate my mundane cousins."
