Anyone here who can help me out with #tor? My ISP is driving me nuts and assigns a new public IP every other day. I have set up a DynDNS which is working fine, but my relay node doesn't make any use of it. The "Address" parameter in torrc is set up accordingly. Have to manually restart the service every time, after having noticed that the node is down again. Right now I'm checking daily, which kinda sucks, really.

I got nothing for Signal. I used my brother's phone number but the 6 digit verification number just doesn't come.. He doesn't even know what Signal app is, so I doubt he used his phone number to sign up.
