I would be surprised at how long I slept in, except that I didn’t get to sleep until past midnight, and 10 hours is my boy’s preferred amount of #sleep, especially when recovering from something.

I put my theory into action, and my symptoms do seem to have improved. 😗 One conclusion of it is that naps could do more harm than good towards overcoming sleep deprivation symptoms, if you don't regularly take naps, and that going about your regular day as much as possible but in a less stimulating way is preferable and helpful. #sleep #personal

I came up with a theory of sleep. :) I'm suffering from #sleep deprivation after the #hackathon, so it's got me thinking about sleep and the apparent relation between it as a whole and getting enough of it. I'll write it up soon. #personal
