#SantaBarbara county departments are all in huge financial distress and having to make cuts dealing with the fallout of Santa Barbara County Sheriff overspending $4.2 million. This is on top of cuts due to federal funds drying up.
Bill Brown needs to go. There needs to be a reconning with this much mismanagement of funds.
