My Sensei is the best. Mentioned that I had quite a hard day at work, escalation meetings because of a person who sabotages our project. I was full of anger. Sensei decided to not do sword art but padded gloves and shields fist strikes and kicks since he also had a bad day.
My knuckles are bleeding because I hit the wall once by accident but apart from that I am happy as I can be. :)
