UBO<p>And again a little bit of progress. As part of my training session today I was able to do one reverse TGU with 14 kg (besides those with 10kg) after a long time. And some bottom up presses with 10kg as well. Last weekend as part of my <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/fitness" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fitness</span></a> class trainer training we did a <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/cardio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>cardio</span></a> lab which included a 15minute <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/run" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>run</span></a> at speaking pace. Me being a non-runnner was astonished that it was relatively effortlessly. Boosted by that I went for a run-walk today, run until done then walk the rest.
