From a time it was difficult for female artists to truly find a voice and many stars were backed by a lot of (male) instrumentalists, producers, and lyricists, it's refreshing to come across this oft-overlooked Canadian singer, multi-intrumentalist, and lyricist pumping out high quality #artrock, boasting a powerful, soaring voice that made my neigbour once ask to turn the music down because it pierced through the walls.

Before today, it had been a while since I listened to any Japan front to back, & the 2 I chose today are ones I’ve listened to least over the years.
