Good afternoon from #Pasadena where it’s overcast and chilly 15°C/59°F).

In a stressed mood. Tried to sleep late, with mixed results and then my husband brought up Katie Perry going to space and my mood plummeted. I know that probably sounds like so little to affect me so much but I often feel I do not understand humans.

But I did my breathing exercises. That gave me some energy and now I’m continuing the installation of the hardware cloth to the dog area so Pitou & Darren, our new 10 weeks old basset puppies, cannot escape through the existing 6” holes.

Just being outside 5 minute already is lifting my mood.

Economic growth does not afford life, it affords death. A #wellbeingeconomy affords, heart, connection, meaning and life. Why not sit with life?

Smattered with wet pink cherry blossom. Adorned with potted trees, and esplanades fruit trees. A sage green slated wooden back fence. A slabbed patio open room, adorned with in door objects, a bee hotel that looks like a dart board. A small shed with windows looks over it, a large price of drift wood sits over it, it mimics the stag’s antlers a rusted shortbread tin lid, hung like a picture. Beyond the fence is the wild cherry tree, my backstop, my life’s cycle.

Oh boo hoo! Someone doesn't like the new alt text warning on Mastodon!
