Well, I don't have a solution to the problem, but... buildsnap is known to just hang sometimes when run under the QEMU emulator (amd64 -> arm64). For reasons! Ill-defined reasons. 
Commenting that line out of the Dockerfile and seeing what the result is.

We need an option in #MastoAdmin settings to check for open registration instances and automatically limit them. #Spam Of course, the big dog instances like Mastodon.Social wouldn't like this.
Has anyone made a script yet that canvases Fediverse instances, esp Mastodon, for open registrations so we either automatically moderate them or can create and import a blocklist with them limited? #Fediblock

Mastodon update to version v4.3.7 successfully installed!
We just released Mastodon 4.3.7 and 4.2.20 and 4.1.25. They contain a few minor bug fixes.
Note that this will most likely be the last Mastodon 4.1 release, and 4.1 will be unsupported in 6 days, so we highly advise you to update if you run it.
