If they interrupt your shopping to try to solicit you for energy service, this is the best move to spring on them. Or if you’re not comfortable pretending to be offline, simply ask them for a paper contract so you can read it first. Again they are helpless. They have no paper copies of their contracts.</p>

Say you just moved here & have no phone or Internet yet. Watch them struggle in total helplessness. Even though you can talk to them vis-à-vis they have no offline capability. That’s right. You must have email, GSM & internet before you can have power.</p>
