Or (esp. if you want to publish the map) you can use service like <a href="https://umap.openstreetmap.de" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">umap.openstreetmap.de</span><span class="invisible"></span></a> (you also need to enable labels either as always-on or on-popup in GPX layer)</p>
