Oh dear, why zanata? We have no way to get notifications when a new translator join a team, new strings arrive and to peer review... Neither we get commit attribution in git... #peertube #translation

It's not because it's open source, hosted.weblate.org does it well.
It's because zanata has qualities: like everyone can easily create a project. It makes sense for framasoft to use it.

@jibec @Bristow_69 I'm working on a service to use with webhooks on Zanata. We will be able to use it to warn people when new strings come, when new translation has been made, etc.
