But it's the position we took in France/EU : we have mandatory taxes on salaries for retirement, unemployement, health ,etc... Because our primal instinct would not keep money for this otherwise and we would spend money on what advertising says to buy.
Also consider people earning money that cannot pay their income taxes in France because this tax is collected only one year after your earn the money and people dont do the maths.
