I'm looking for an #algorithm that can take apart a #foreground of it's #background in a video.
I'd use it to #track a rider going downhill on a road so the foreground is a rider that is as much as possible at the center of the image and the background can be both a dense forest or a treeless mountain-top.
My goal is to make a two axis (row, pitch) brush-less stabilizer that can aim at the rider in order to correct the last (yow) axis.
I can't rely on the foreground color/shape.
